Yes, it is legal to purchase and consume cannabis across Massachusetts, including Pittsfield, MA.
In Massachusetts, if you're 21 or over, you're legally permitted to purchase goods at a cannabis retailer. You'll need to show a valid government-issued ID to prove your age. Acceptable identification includes any government-issued ID showing your age, such as your state driver's license, any U.S. identification card, military IDs, or passport. However, temporary and/or expired IDs will not be accepted.
We’re open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Sundays, we're open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
In Massachusetts, you can buy up to 1 ounce of flower, 5 grams of concentrates, or 500mg of edibles daily. You can mix these, but the limits are shared. For example, if you buy 250mg of edibles (half the daily limit), you can only purchase 1/2 ounce of flower.
