9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday;
9:00 am to 8:00 pm Friday through Saturday; and
10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday.
Holiday hours may differ. Therefore, call us in advance on public holidays to confirm changes in our schedule.
Currently, we accept cash and debit cards. For your convenience we also have an ATM on-site next to our check-out area. Please note that both debit and ATM transactions are subject to a $3.50 fee which will be posted on your Lee dispensary order receipt.
All of our cannabis inventory comes from cultivators in Massachusetts. We have put time and effort into sourcing from producers that match our stringent standards of quality and freshness.
We also produce our own line of solventless extracts, edibles, topicals and other infused products using fresh frozen flower sourced from some of the best cultivators in the state. We work closely with these growers to identify strains ideally-suited for solventless extraction to deliver the best possible experience for you the consumer.
Under Massachusetts state law, you may purchase up to 1 ounce of flower, 5 grams of concentrates, or 500mg of edibles per person per day. You may purchase a combination of all three, so long as in aggregate you do not exceed the daily limit.
For instance: purchasing 50% of the daily limit for two categories (e.g. ½ ounce flower + 2.5g of concentrates) would max out your daily allowance. To make another purchase, e.g. edibles, you would need to offset by purchasing less flower or concentrates.
But rest easy: we do the math for you in our system. Our Sweetgrass Lee dispensary expert staff will let you know if you are reaching your limits.
Any government-issued ID attesting that the customer is over the age of 21 is acceptable to enter Sweetgrass Botanicals.
Temporary and/or expired IDs will not not be accepted.
Customers must keep the tamper proof packaging intact while driving. An individual may receive a civil penalty of up to $500 for having an open container of marijuana in the passenger area of a vehicle while on the road or at a place where the public has access. Store marijuana in a closed container and place it in the trunk or a locked glove compartment.
Please note it is illegal to cross state lines with cannabis. It is also against the law to transport cannabis on a plane, train, boat or other mode of transportation outside of Massachusetts.
Cannabis can be consumed on private property. Smoking, vaping, or eating cannabis is prohibited in public places or on federal land. Consuming cannabis anywhere on our premises, inside or outside, is not allowed.
If a product is found to be defective, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Specifically, the product must be brought into our Lee dispensary and accompanied by its original proof of purchase. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of management in the form of an exchange or product of equal value or credit towards a future purchase.
All accessory sales are final: should you encounter an issue, you may pursue a return through the manufacturer.

In general, the name on the ID used to enter Sweetgrass must match that of the pre-order. However, we can try to accommodate upon request, provided the original purchaser contacts us. Additionally, the recipient is 21 years or older and has valid identification to enter our recreational Lee dispensary.
