DESCRIPTION:Whether you are deepening your journey practice or anticipating your first ever shamanic journey\, Zhana will host this magical fireside evening at Sweetgrass Botanicals with instruction\, live drumming and integration. \nWe will begin the evening by creating sacred space and clearing energy blockages with a fire ceremony assisted by locally wildcrafted plants. We will then discuss the shamanic three worlds/ spirit walking and share instruction and tips for a successful journey to lower or upper world to meet and experience your guides and helping spirits. Zhana holds the sacred container and drums to facilitate the journey with time afterwards for journaling and group sharing practices for personal reflection and integration.
